Late Cancellations

Payment & Disputes

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Simply reschedule via the link in the email confirmation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of session start, or non-attendance, are non-refundable as dedicated tutor time has been reserved.

All bookings accept these terms at checkout. Unauthorised bank chargebacks for completed or late-cancelled sessions will be formally disputed.

How Refunds Are Handled

When a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method. Bank clearance usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.

In the rare event that a lesson must be postponed by the tutor due to emergency or illness, the session will be cancelled and you will be offered an immediate choice between a full refund or a prioritized rescheduled slot.
